Yes. Simply follow the receipt link listed in your confirmation email to view the status of your order or send an email directly to customerservice@tylernewmedia.com for an update.

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.

We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size.

Please address all returns to address included in your order.

Since our orders are printed on demand, it generally takes about 7 to 10 business days for us to process each order before we ship it out for delivery.

Sometimes our confirmation emails are identified as SPAM, so it may have landed in your SPAM folder. Otherwise you receive a shipping and tracking confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If your package is traveling within the United States:
Once shipped, it takes 24 to 48 hours for USPS.com to update tracking information on their website.

If your package is traveling outside the United States:
Unfortunately, once the package leaves the United States we’re unable to track the progress of its delivery.

We know not everyone is built the same, and we do our best to offer sizing that accommodates all body types. Depending on the style of apparel, we carry sizes that range from S to 4XL. Please note that our sizing options are limited to the availability of our apparel supplier.

We will only honor one discount code per order. If you have more than one discount code please make sure to complete separate orders.
